Overall good quick experience, but they kinda refused to offer a second key for the vehicle or rebating it off the total cost, and now I’m forced to pay out of pocket rather than a Dealer making it for cheaper themselves.
Amazing experience ! Really easy to work with
It turns out I had a bent rim. They could not fix it, but showed me a place very close that could. The only tiny negative of this wonderful place was that when I called they said yes, come in and I said I’d be there by 10. When I got there, they said they would not be able to look at my car until after lunch. It would’ve been far better had they told me this before I drove there. There is a wonderful shopping center called Montecito a short walk away and it has many wonderful restaurants and other entertaining things.
IF YOU ARE COMPARING DEALERSHIPS This one is the way to go. They have great pricing for their market and the vehicles they have on their sitting on their frontline are very intentional. As someone who also sells cars at a different dealership in Washington, I was able to verify these details and eventually drove off in a ‘24 Dodge Hornet RT Plus not needing to negotiate anything— a hassle-free process on a car I already loved. If you know what you want and they have it, you can purchase with confidence at Cadillac Marin. Sheila was my sales consultant, very kind and Viktor was helpful with the process as well. I ended up getting the “vehicle theft registration” or whatever they call it because it’s significantly better than what my dealership had to offer and I live in a hotspot for car theft. For the love of God, please get a service contract, I’m getting one from my store since I live in Washington and it’s just easier to get any services or work done where I live. Final note: As someone who drove as far as Washington to purchase a car in California— that tells you all you need to know as to how this store makes it easy. Thank you once again!

Great customer service. Informative, quick response to text and email, knowledgeable about their vehicles and patient with questions. I dislike purchasing a vehicle. This experience was easy and fun. I love the car I purchased and enjoyed the process of buying it. I would definitely return and am confident about referring Marin Cadillac to family and friends.

The service is fabulous! The waiting room is very comfortable. Cleanest bathrooms anywhere and mostly, they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need like the Petaluma Cadillac did. I will only go to Marin for the service on my Escalade

I went to the dealership this past Saturday to look at a mustang. Once I arrived, customer service was on point. Long story short, Mol provided the best knowledge and car history. He was honest and open since I arrived. Process was quick and easy. Cadillac Marin worked to get the best pricing and APR for used car financing. Car is driving flawless and without issues. Great job to everyone working here and hope to do more business in the future.
