I loved buying my V from Cadillac Marin! I had the pleasure of working with Victor Diaz, he's been outstanding with me, maintented excellent communication at all times and took care of my vehicle before it even arrived. Everything was smooth and my V was delivered spotless and perfect. They listened to all of my requests. Paperwork was quick and I was coming from far, I really appreciated the attention to detail they provided me and how efficient they made the process. Thank you dear Victor and Daniel. Awesome experience! I was able to make a last minute service appt and was confident that they would take care of my Silverado. Service dept was very friendly and professional. I was able to get a Lyft to work while the did my routine service. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!
Great experience all throughout ! From the moment I received the call from Victor (Sales Manager) that the Escalate we were waiting for arrived at the dealership until we left Marin with our new Escalate. Naria with her superb knowledge of sales handled the sales process and Victor took care of the financing. They are truly honest and upfront with everything.
This is a challenging period in my life and Sammie Stine was the perfect person to assist us. She was warm, knowledgeable, responsive and very professional. I have bought a lot of cars in my life and most of the time the experience has been somewhat unpleasant. This was the exact opposite.
Highly recommend Cadillac of Marin and salesperson Nari. I purchased a pre-owned 2025 Porsche Taycan last week and was blown away by the efficiency. Nari was incredibly responsive, answering Facebook Marketplace messages at 2 AM with detailed specs. The car was exactly as described, priced fairly from day one, and required minimal negotiation. The entire paperwork process took just 45 minutes. No games, no hassle. After a lifetime of disappointing dealership experiences, this was a breath of fresh air.
Sammie was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of buying our car. She were very informative, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured. Car buying can be stressful, but she made it a really smooth and easy experience. We truly appreciated her kindness and great personality! We love our new car and will definitely be coming back to for any future vehicle purchases!
Purchased a new Escalade ESV from this dealership yesterday. They were the fastest to respond to my vehicle request, easy to finalize a purchase with, and extremely transparent and friendly during the process. Great dealership in my opinion - shots out to Tarik and Victor in the sales team.

I went to the dealership this past Saturday to look at a mustang. Once I arrived, customer service was on point. Long story short, Mol provided the best knowledge and car history. He was honest and open since I arrived. Process was quick and easy. Cadillac Marin worked to get the best pricing and APR for used car financing. Car is driving flawless and without issues. Great job to everyone working here and hope to do more business in the future.

My outstanding experience buying at Cadillac Marin proves an auto purchase transaction doesn't have to mimic a Mixed Martial Arts Cage Match. I was put in touch with Jacob Audiss in Sales and found him to be honest, informative, patient and knowledgeable. Dealing with Jacob was stress free, sort of like chatting with a friend. There was absolutely no high pressure or intimidation. Managers Ivan and Victor were there to work on my behalf to finalize the deal. They too, work hard at making the process easy and comfortable. I found the pricing to be fair for both the new car purchase and the trade value. A five star experience overall, and I cannot find a single flaw in their process.
