I drove 5 hours from Santa Barbara to Marin Cadillac to make my purchase. That drive must be a record of some sort. I was greeted with warmth and kindness by Sammie and others who made my experience a pleasure. From test drive to the final paperwork a truly wonderful happening. Not one whit of an undercurrent of fast talking. You’re nuts if you go elsewhere. Now go set your own record!
Mol was very friendly and helpful. He found the car I wanted and made sure I would be able to drive away with it. The process took hours to complete, but Mol kept me informed.

Sheila in particular was great to work with. She was patient, honest, and helpful without pressuring. The team gave us time and space to make a big decision to buy a new car and were very accommodating to allow us to spend extended time with the car to see if it would fit into our life. They were also super kind and patient with our 6 year old. When the paperwork signing was taking a while, they were very kind to find him snacks and activities to keep him happy and occupied. We had a positive experience and would recommend.
I don't usually have good experiences at car dealerships. I usually get someone who's just out for that sale but that was not the case with Cadillac of Marin. Sammie is who I worked with and it took me almost three months to make the decision. She gave me some gentle nudges and let me take my time for the decision. She was very patient and it never felt like a sales show. I recommend you see Sammie if you're looking for a good vehicle and good sales member.

Tarek was one of the best sales managers I’ve ever dealt with for buying a car and I bought a few so far in my life. The General sales manager and the finance manager were also all great. They were honest nothing shady about the transaction and we got it done quickly. I really appreciate these guys.
